UNITY is our original blend, if you have ever enjoyed a coffee from us then there’s a good chance you’ve tried it! Back in 2007, we wanted to create a blend that both white and black coffee drinkers would appreciate. It had to express the clean acidity and full bodied chocolate notes that everybody knows and loves. Along with a roast profile that allowed a beautiful pairing with milk, accentuating the chocolates while still remaining balanced. We wanted delicious, sweet fruity undertones carried through whether enjoyed white or black.
It was a tall ask, but there is a reason why our UNITY Blend has been here since the beginning. The perfect gift for coffee lovers because whatever the brew method, we know you will enjoy this coffee - and as a New Zealand coffee roaster who pride ourselves on roasting and supplying coffee that people enjoy, we would love to know your thoughts.
